Return Policy

1. You can shop with confidence thanks to our 90-day return policy. Use our return form to notify us. Partial returns are also accepted.
2. Return the unopened product as soon as possible, but no later than 90 days after receiving your order, in the original shipping box.
3. Simply email us at hello@baldand.com stating the reason for return.
4. Opened or used products cannot be returned, in line with health protection and hygiene regulations. BALD& reserves the right to refuse the return or apply a refund reduction for damaged or used items. Only BALD& may determine this value.
5. The return policy excludes products also exempt from withdrawal, such as sealed items that are unsuitable for return after opening.
6. BALD& will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s), via bank transfer.
7. Return costs within the Netherlands are covered by BALD& only if the product is being exchanged.
